UPDATED SPARRING MARCH 11, 2012 - POP!! POP!!! POP!!!

http://youtu.be/FXKABLl8WAE

THIS A BLACK JAP (GOWDY) OUT OF MATERIALS ACQUIRED FROM COLT39 GAMEFARM OF THE GREAT AND VERY NICE PERSON MR. CLEM. I ACQUIRED THEM FROM MY KUMPADRE IN NEGROS WHERE I GAVE THE ORIGINAL COLT 39 JAPS GIVEN TO ME BY MR. JON SABIN 3 YEARS AGO. NOW, THEY ARE WREAKING HAVOC IN NEGROS BECAUSE THEY CAN FOOL YOU WITH THEIR LOOKS. THEY ARE NOT HANDSOME AND QUITE UGLY. BUT AS JIM SAYS, ITS THE "CUT" THAT MATTERS. LOOKS DOESN'T KILL. THE KNIFE DOES.

SOME QUOTES FROM COLT39 HIMSELF (JIM CLEM). HIS FRIENDS AND FANS. TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA ...

As far as someone else's Blacks, it is hard to say. Them Japs do cross very well with just about anything that is good. What I mean by good is good fast fowl that throw a lot of feet & break well. They will put the rest in them.

I would say yes, they will cross well with them!

upgrade

They are the Gowdy Japs basically. The Japsils are not quit done cooking yet lol.

I have had the Japs for some 20 years. A friend got me started with them. I was not an Oriental fan at the time but we bred some Jap/Brownreds that were awesome.

I then called Sam & he helped me find more. So, that is what they are today. The Gowdy Japs bred my way. Bred & selected for specific traits that most Orientals have a hard time with. They are better today than they ever were.

These Japs don't get caught flat footed. They are a timing type that will watch & step back & then hammer the opponent as they come down. As a bird comes down, their wings are out & the body is exposed. They don't head fake & move, getting them in trouble at times. They can change the situation & bounce out of the way of danger. They don't just take a hit willingly. They will try & move or jump back, never just taking it. Their style will change to gain advantage against different styles.

These traits bred with the right western fowl have proven very hard to match.

No outside blood has been added to them. The Black Japs are bred & selected from Sam's recommendation's & selected from two different farms then added to what I had then, bred to be one family.

The Japsils have Asil added to them & will be finished & set as a family of their own.

Other than that, nothing else I can say that has not been said in a few of the videos from the ones we bred & shown in PI.

Every breeder has an eye for selection. With that said, I select for cut first & then style. Breeding materiel have to be selected & picked very carefully. They are your future down the road. One little flaw today can be devastating later.

I can watch that video over & over lol.

Eiffel, you know I have not even took notice. They all seem to do very well no matter which way they are bred.

d pirate, Sometimes you can spar the Jap almost out of them if spared too much at 1/4. But, the cut will never go away!!!

ONE OF HIS FAN AND HIS TESTIMONIES:

hi everyone,

nice to hear from all of you. got mine 1/2 jap n 1/2 hi-action from friend of mine. 7 out of 7 win. i breed the only pullet to black velcro but the it turned out the offspring like kamikaze fighter; no jap style (intelligent, cautious and wait for the right time to strike to give killing blow like their uncles).
my freind told me; the black velcro blood is to strong that is why they fight like velcro. anyway, i will test them before x-mas in the pit.

keep posting your winning experience with your jim clem jap (pure or crosses ).

happy breeding and cockfihting.
